Frequently asked questions
What is a digital invitation?
It's an invitation that opens from a link in any browser: an envelope opens with a tap, followed by the event details, a countdown and the venue map. You send it to guests on WhatsApp or any app, and they don't need to install anything.
How much does it cost?
Wedding: EGP 499 for Basic, 899 for Premium and 1,499 for Luxury. Engagement and Katb el-Kitab: EGP 399, 699 and 1,199. Your final price depends on the options you choose in the studio.
What's the difference between the packages?
Basic: one of the ten designs with names, date, venue, map and countdown, in Arabic. Premium adds photo spots, an RSVP button, family lists, Arabic and English, and a music track. Luxury adds a custom song, custom colors and a link with your names, and includes rush delivery.
Can you deliver quickly?
Yes. Rush delivery within 24 hours costs EGP 300 extra on Basic and Premium, and is included in Luxury.
How do I order?
Open the studio, choose your design, occasion, music and package, and a ready-made order is prepared for you to send to us on WhatsApp. Then you send the photos and details, and we prepare your invitation.
Do my guests need an app?
No. The invitation is a link that opens in the browser on a phone or computer.
How do I receive RSVPs?
Premium and Luxury include an RSVP button. A guest enters their name and party size, and a ready WhatsApp message opens to your number.
Will my invitation show up on Google or be visible to anyone?
No. Each invitation link is private and is not indexed by search engines, and only the people you send it to can open it. Sharing the link is the host's responsibility.
Are photos required?
No. Photo spots are optional in Premium and Luxury. You can send a couple photo, or separate photos of the groom and bride.
Can I use a favorite song?
A custom song is part of the Luxury package. With the other packages you choose a built-in music track, or no music.
How do I pay?
We agree the payment method and timing with you on WhatsApp before work begins.
